Raai Laxmi’s ‘Janata Bar’: Motion Poster unveiled!
‘Janata Bar’ is the title of an upcoming vigilante action drama starring Raai Laxmi of ‘Kanchana’ fame in the lead. Scripted, directed and produced by Ramana Mogili, the film deals with a burning issue.
While releasing its motion poster on Ugadi, the makers said that ‘Janata Bar’ strikes a balance between commercial values and message. “Aspiring and young sportswomen are subjected to sexual harassment in our country.
Our film voices their concerns and exposes the rot in the field of sports,” the makers said.
To be released in theatres in April, the film marks the Tollywood debut of Bollywood veteran Shakti Kapoor. Pradeep Rawat, Anup Soni, Vijay Bhaskar, Deeksha Panth, Ameeksha and Mirchi Madhavi are playing different roles.
With music by Vinod Yajamanya, ‘Janata Bar’ has editing by SB Uddhav and fights by Dragon Prakash, Malles and Anji.
